Jotham Fady, PMP, is a Project Management Professional and the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Riverside Recovery of Tampa, where he has served since June 2018. With approximately 16 years of experience in behavioral health, split between inpatient psychiatric stabilization and substance use disorder treatment, he builds and maintains the referral network that connects Riverside to the broader care ecosystem, including hospital systems, university programs, workplace health funds, concierge medicine groups, and private practice clinicians.
Jotham studied psychology at the University of Florida and the University of South Florida and moved directly into inpatient psychiatric stabilization, where he saw people at their most vulnerable and learned that what happens before and after a crisis matters just as much as the acute intervention. That perspective shapes how he thinks about access, continuity of care, and why partnerships matter.
His passion for this work is also personal: Jotham got sober in 2017 and held onto the hope that life could get better in recovery. He believes everyone deserves a second chance and access to high-quality behavioral healthcare, and he is committed to removing barriers, streamlining referrals, and reducing the stigma around treatment, treating every client as he would a family member or close friend.
Outside of work, Jotham collects vinyl records, paints, and spends time at the gym and in his yard. He also enjoys exploring new places with his wife, listening to music, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
