We are licensed by the State of Florida through DCF/AHCA, accredited with the Joint Commission, and ASAM certified through CARF
We accept and are in-network with most major commercial insurances. Our admissions team just needs to collect some additional information for verification of benefits.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare. This does not disqualify you from receiving treatment. Please contact our admissions team to learn more about our additional options.
We work very closely with Hillsborough County Marchman court and can provide additional details regarding the process.

A good rule of thumb is to bring about two weeks’ worth of clothes. You will be able to do your laundry while at Riverside Recovery and laundry supplies are provided. Also, bring a one-piece bathing suit for aquatic activities in our pool and gym attire.

Yes, you may bring unopened packs of cigarettes and vapes to be used in designated smoking areas during designated times.
You should bring any prescription medications that you’re currently taking so our medical team can review them and make any adjustments if needed. You may also bring your inhalers, C-paps, nebulizer, Accu-check machines, and apparatuses such as these.
Our clients’ stay is based upon clinical recommendations and your treatment team’s decision. We do not provide “cookie cutter” treatment plans. Each treatment plan is specifically tailored to meet each individual client’s needs.
Yes, at Riverside Recovery of Tampa we promote healing the mind, body, and soul and offer daily physical activities. We regularly offer yoga, cross-training, and access to a waterfront pool. Additionally, we have an indoor half-court basketball gymnasium that’s used for a wide range of exercises.
