Veteran Affairs Community Care Network

Supporting Our Veterans

Riverside Recovery of Tampa is a premier provider for the Veterans Affairs’ Community Care Network (CCN). In order for veterans to access quality health care services, the VA provides its own direct links to local service providers, ensuring they receive proper, high-quality care.

At Riverside Recovery of Tampa, we believe that having a circle of like-minded individuals for veteran patients who come into our program will be beneficial both during their initial detoxification phase and throughout their continued journey towards long-term sobriety.

Program Care Overview

Full Continuum of Care

Veteran-specific programs are provided at the facility. Our veteran clients also have access to recovering veterans in the local community. Having access to other veterans in long-term recovery helps them build a support network that will help sustain their recovery.

Detox Program

Riverside Recovery’s state-of-the-art medical detox program provides the best care in the Tampa Bay area, combining a professional, experienced care team and a top-notch facility.

When our clients are admitted into treatment, they undergo a thorough evaluation so we know where to place them within our programs. Riverside Recovery’s detox center provides 24/7 medically monitored detox in a peaceful, spa-like setting, with limited private rooms available upon request.

Residential/Inpatient Treatment

Riverside Recovery’s residential program will provide you with all of the necessary tools and education needed to begin your journey towards healing. Residential treatment consists of intensive clinical programming delivered in both group therapies sessions as well as one-on-one formats that are tailored specifically for each patient’s needs, personality style, or motivation level.

Our residential program requires living in our state-of-the-art facility for usually 30, 60, or 90 days. We want our clients to feel comfortable and have somewhere they can call home that offers support during their recovery process.

Day/Night Program (Partial Hospitalization)

The Day Night Program is a step down from our full-time Residential Program. It’s the next most intensive level of care and allows clients to explore independence part-time while maintaining an intense recovery-oriented schedule.

Participants live at Riverside or offsite and attend our structured clinical programming daily.

Intensive Outpatient Program

The intensive outpatient program was created as a step down from the Day/Night Program to give patients more time for recovery work while taking care of daily responsibilities. This level provides ongoing clinical support that helps them integrate their new skills into everyday life.
